Fiesta Crab Dip

My friend Whitney brought this to my house for January Wine Tasting. It was so good, I could have eaten the entire bowl myself!

Whitney said she adapted it from a Taste of Home recipe and it's one of her 'go to' recipes. It's always a favorite.

I made some for the SuperBowl and I definitely wasn't disappointed!

Fiesta Crab Dip
1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
1 package imitation crab dip (8 oz), chopped
1 C salsa
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
3 or 4 sliced green onions
cilantro
Optional: garnish with olives & tomatoes

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and salsa together. Stir in cheddar cheese & green onions. Garnish with cilantro and serve with your favorite dippers!

Ooh - what a great and easy recipe! I wouldn't have thought to use salsa for that extra kick!

YUM.. sounds fantastic also. You should have invited me to superbowl. What were you thinking. I could have helped polish off all this food, really I could have:)

I'm not a crab fan, but I know a few people who would love this! :)

I miss crab meat. I can only eat the fake stuff. But that dip sounds soooo good. Damn allergies!
