Frosted Mocha Mocha Brownies

Yup still more teenagers coming back to my house and needed some snacks. This is one of the things I came up with. I called them Mocha Mocha because they have a nice strong coffee flavor. YUM!

Frosted Mocha Mocha Brownies
(printable recipe)
Brownies:
3/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 C plus 3 TBLS butter
1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant espresso powder
1 C flour
(you could add a cup of nuts if you like)

Frosting:
1/2 C butter
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
3 1/2 C confectioners' sugar
2 - 4 TBLS milk

Preheat oven to 350F
Brownies:
Melt butter and pour into a mixing bowl.
Mix in cocoa powder and espresso powder.
Add sugars, vanilla and eggs, mix will.
Add flour and mix.
Pour into parchment paper lined 13x9 baking pan.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frosting:
Melt butter and pour into a mixing bowl.
Add cocoa powder, espresso powder and vanilla; mix well (this will be VERY thick).
Mix in milk, a little at a time, until you get to the consistency you want Spread over brownies.
Cut into squares.
Enjoy!
