I've been hearing about Pioneer Woman's Crash Hot Potatoes on almost every forum I read. So today I finally gave them a try! I topped them with salt & pepper, cheddar & bacon. My family loved them! Hector (my husband) thought they tasted like potato skins, but better. He said of course everything is great with Bacon & Cheese... but the potato underneath is very moist and flavorful too! Definitely two thumbs up from my house!
